Nipak BV cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Nipak BV. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 03/05/2022, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what data about you is collected by us, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us. About the data processing

Email and mailing lists
SendinBlue
We send our e-mail newsletters with SendinBlue. SendinBlue will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter.
Your personal data is securely sent, stored and disclosed by SendinBlue. SendinBlue uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. In addition, SendinBlue processes information about you as a recipient and the subject line of emails to improve the quality of the service, this data is stored for 30 days. SendinBlue reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.
Office365
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties.
In the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by law.
Reviews
Feedback Company
We collect reviews via the Feedback Company platform. If you leave a review via Feedback Company, you are required to provide your name, city and email address. Feedback Company shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. Feedback Company also publishes your name and city on its own website.
In some cases, Feedback Company may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address and information regarding your order with Feedback Company. They will use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Feedback Company has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Feedback Company reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing the service, for which we have given Feedback Company permission. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which Feedback Company engages third parties.
Shipping and logistics
DHL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL for the delivery. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and city details with DHL. DHL uses this information only for the performance of the agreement. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also makes your data available to these parties.
Dijkstra Logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Dijkstra Logistiek to carry out the deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with Dijkstra Logistiek. Dijkstra Logistiek uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that Dijkstra Logistiek engages subcontractors, Dijkstra Logistiek also makes your information available to these parties.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of the processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will ask you for explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations
In certain cases, Nipak BV may be required by law to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such a case, we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.
Retention periods
We will retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will retain your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in response to your assignment.
Your rights
Based on the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data that is processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, in order to prevent abuse, we only send transcripts and copies of your data to your e-mail address already known to us. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself.
We maintain an administration of processed requests, in the case of a request to be forgotten we administer anonymized data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.
Right of inspection
You always have the right to view the data that we (have) process and that relate to your person or that can be traced to that. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who have this data at the e-mail address known to us, stating the category under which we have stored this data.
Rectification right
You always have the right to have the data that we (or have it processed) that relate to your person or that can be traced to that change. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the information has been changed.
Right to limit processing
You always have the right to limit the data that we (have) process that relate to or can be traced to your person. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the information until you remove the restriction will no longer be processed.
Right to transferability
You always have the right to have the data that we (or have it processed) that relate to your person or that can be traced to that data carried out by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties at the e-mail address known to us. Right of objection and other rights

Google Analytics and GTM (Google Tag Manager)
Cookies are placed via our website by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be required by applicable laws and regulations to provide access to this data. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
Microsoft Clarity
Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Microsoft under the name Clarity, as part of the “Analytics” service. The Clarity service uses cookies to improve the user experience and to collect statistical information about how our website is used.
Futy
Cookies from the Dutch company Futy are placed via our website. The Futy service uses cookies to improve the user experience in the form of a WhatsApp and email form on our website and to collect information about the use thereof.
