We find it important that you are satisfied with your order. Still not quite what you were looking for? Then you can return your order as a consumer within 14 days after receipt return it to us, provided you meet the conditions below.


 

✅ What can I return?

  • avenues unused, undamaged and complete delivered products.

  • If possible in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Returns are only possible if the packaging and any seals are intact. have not been opened or damaged, to ensure food safety.

 

❌ What can't I return?

  • Products that specially ordered for you of tailored.

  • Items whose packaging has been opened or damaged. We cannot food safety and hygiene of these products can no longer be guaranteed.

  • Business orders (B2B) can only be returned after prior written permission from Nipak (see article 5 of our general terms and conditions).

To avoid having to return products, we offer the option to free samples to request. This way you can assess the quality, size and appearance in advance and make a well-considered choice. This helps to prevent unnecessary returns and reduces waste.


 

🚚 How does returning work?

  1. Please register your return within 14 days of receipt using the return form below.

  2. Please wait for our return number.

  3. Please return unopened, complete and undamaged within 14 days of notification.

  4. We will refund your purchase amount (including outward shipping, excluding return costs) within 14 days of receipt of the products.

  5. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.

All returns are at the sender's risk, so please ensure proper packaging and retain your proof of postage until the return has been processed.
