We think it's important that you're satisfied with your order. Still not quite what you were looking for? Then you can return your order as a consumer within 14 days after receipt return it to us, provided you meet the conditions below.
✅ What can I return?
- Unused, undamaged and complete delivered products
- If reasonably possible in the original, undamaged packaging
- Products that are still in saleable condition to be in
Please note: Products may only be reviewed as you would in a physical store. If products have been used further than necessary to review them, a depreciation are applied.
❌ What can't I return?
- Products that specially ordered or custom made for you
- Products that are no longer saleable due to use, damage or missing parts
- Products of which the hygiene or food safety can no longer be guaranteed
- Business orders (B2B). These can only be returned after prior written permission from Nipak (see article 5 of our general terms and conditions)

For many products we offer the option to first free samples This allows you to assess quality, sizing, and compatibility before ordering larger quantities. This helps prevent unnecessary returns and minimize waste.
🚚 How does returning work?
- Report your return within 14 days of receipt via the return form.
- After approval you will receive a confirmation from us return number and further instructions.
- Send the products within 14 days after registration return and clearly state the return number with the shipment.
- We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
Returns without prior notification and without a return number cannot be processed.
The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or there was an incorrect delivery.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or partially refunded.
⚠️ Important
All returns are at the sender's riskTherefore, ensure proper packaging and keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Orders with larger quantities, such as full boxes or pallets, can only be returned after prior consultation.
