Airless Dispensers Mezzo Round
An airless dispenser is a package used to dose liquid products such as creams, lotions, serums and gels. The main difference between an airless dispenser and other dispensers is that no air can get to the product during use.
The operation of an airless dispenser is as follows: the dispenser consists of a container in which the product is placed and a pump mechanism that pushes the product upwards. The pumping system consists of a piston located in a tube. When the pump is pressed, the piston is pushed up, increasing the pressure in the tube. This pressure pushes the product out through a valve in the dispenser.
Because no air can reach the product, the product has a longer shelf life and is less susceptible to spoilage. In addition, the product can be used down to the last drop, as no leftovers remain in the dispenser.
An airless dispenser is ideal for products that are prone to oxidation and spoilage from exposure to air, such as vitamin creams, anti-aging serums and sunscreens. The dispenser is also convenient to use because no additional actions are required to get the product out.
